AccentGSA is an
information systems architecture and management
consulting firm specializing
in large scale federal software system
implementation and integration efforts.
Our software engineering process, the
Natural Process, provides us with the
unique capabilities to architect, manage, and
implement high-volume and high-complexity
information systems on a firm-fixed price (FFP)
or performance basis. Our distinctive
professional approach allows us to deliver
effective solutions with higher quality, lower
risk, and total lower cost of
ownership.
Our Leadership
Team
The AccentGSA leadership
team has extensive experience building and
managing successful software systems in both
public and private sector environments.
The team comes from successful careers at
organizations such as IBM, SAIC, and CSC with
experience at federal and state government
levels, including Treasury, IRS, NOAA, NIH, DoD,
Air Force, CIA, State of Maryland OAG, and
others.
The management team not only sets the
vision for the organization, but maintains
active participation in mentoring leadership in
our professionals. Our management
structure is similar to that of a professional
law or engineering practice, as opposed to the
conventional IT general services
organization. This requires a greater
depth of practical experience from our
management team and ensures that our
professionals maintain higher standards of
professionalism, quality, and
success.
Our
Clients
We have ongoing
contracts at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS),
National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
(NOAA), Pearson Analytic Services, SAIC,
NetUTry, and Trawick and Associates, performing
duties ranging from software requirements
analysis, design, alternatives analysis,
program/project management support, quality
assurance, and independent validation and
verification.
Our
Approach
The Natural Process
(NP) is a shift in paradigm from traditional
software development methodologies and modern
agile alternatives. It is a software
engineering process (SEP) which incorporates
science and engineering principles and provides
a framework for demystifying software
architecture. We are currently seeking
process patents, CMMi certification, and
endorsement from a major professional
engineering organization.
