Message from the President

Ms. James has more than 23 years experience in federal government IT program management and business systems analysis including work with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and the United States Air Force (USAF).

Ms. James is a co-author of the book The Natural Process, which is due to be published in 2006. Ms. James has received a number of awards and recognition for her outstanding work managing and leading teams of IT professionals. Ms. James is an alumnus of The Ohio State University in Columbus, OH where she earned her Bachelor’s degree and Troy State University in Troy, AL where she earned a Masters degree.   

Shane Aubel, Vice President, Chief Systems Architect
Mr. Aubel has more than 12 years full lifecycle experience on large scale software development, COTS implementation, and systems integration projects including both commercial, federal, and state projects. 
Mr. Aubel is a recognized leader in the IT industry whose notable achievements have led to increased productivity, increased revenue and millions of dollars in cost savings to his clients. 

Mr. Aubel is a remarkable innovator and an entrepreneur,  who is the developer of the Natural Process, the industry's first architecture-driven software development and management methodology. Mr. Aubel has been a long-time advocate for positive change in IT with regards to efficiency, professionalism and ethics. 

Mr. Aubel earned his Bachelor's degree from Westminster College, New Wilmington, PA.

Mike Boyer, Vice President, Chief Systems Engineer
Mr. Boyer has more than 15 years IT leadership in software development and management including both commercial and federal projects.  Mr. Boyer is recognized as an authority in the fields of data architecture and information systems engineering. Throughout his career, many companies have benefited from his knowledge and adept management. Mr. Boyer is the co-author of the book The Natural Process which will be published in 2006. In addition to his many certifications, Mr. Boyer earned his Bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University, Morgantown, WVA.
